Buffalo is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Buffalo follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Cozy and chill tea shop. The owner is very knowledgeable and welcoming. There is a strong community vibe to the space and it's set up in a way that lends itself to easy mingling with other patrons while you enjoy your tea.

The best way to experience The Jade Turtle is to arrive with an open heart, an open mind, and your phone tucked away. Jonni doesnβt start by asking what tea youβd like. He asks how youβre feeling, then guides you through a Gongfu Cha experience that feels uniquely suited to that moment. Beyond the tea, youβve stepped into a space where every detail has been considered with care. The layout, furnishings, energy, and atmosphere all invite you to slow down, be present, and simply be. Itβs rare to find a place so intentional, welcoming, and affordable. The Jade Turtle isnβt just a tea house, itβs an invitation to reconnect with yourself.

Absolutely amazing experience. Johnny was able to seat a group of ten of us and gave us exceptional care. He helped us choose teas and did a wonderful job explaining each teaβs history and profile. The teas were all delicious as well!

What an absolutely wonderful place, definitely a new favorite spot! From the moment we walked in the door, it was just clearly such a welcoming space. The lovely owner, John, immediately greeted us and got us settled at the bar. Definitely the place to be if you want to soak up all the tea knowledge and just have a really nice time chatting with John and other patrons. It was a really communal atmosphere with everyone engaged in conversation and connection with others. I can't wait to come back and introduce more people to this great spot!
